It is with significant regret that we announce the pending closure of the Willoughby Spin location.  Closing our much anticipated east side satellite store has been an extremely hard decision to make, and is the result of reviewing all available options as to how we can continue to best meet our customers' needs.  The closing of the Willoughby location does not represent a change in our commitment to quality sales and service, or to promoting the growth of our local cycling community, but rather the exact opposite.  This decision will allow us to remain competitive and focused on the rapidly changing cycling landscape, as well as consider other options for growth.  Alternate east side locations are being considered, but not on our immediate horizon.

Meeting the needs of local cycling enthusiasts has been our mission since we first opened our doors in Lakewood in 2003.  We value all of our customers and had hoped our Willoughby satellite location would help us better serve the needs of our east side clients.  Although we will no longer be as convenient to some of you, we will continue to strive to provide knowledgeable sales and efficient service, while keeping our customers engaged and motivated.  Please continue to visit our Lakewood location and check out the plans for expansion!

Effective immediately, all merchandise at the Willoughby location has been priced to generate quick sale.  Please stop in to check out products that have been marked down just in time for the holiday.  Our Willoughby doors will close permanently on December 30^th, 2009.  (Please be aware that previous purchases are not eligible for closure pricing.)

As mentioned, we value all of our east and west side customers and will continue to honor all service agreements and maintenance programs at our primary location in Lakewood.  If you have any questions about a recent purchase and related service, please do not hesitate to call either location.
